We often overload ourself with ambitious promises to get fitter, eat healthier and have a more balanced and stress free day to day. But most of the time it is not long lasting habits, as we take on too much and can't keep up with our own ambitions.
I want to help you creat new healthy habits, but in a way so that you can find the ones that fits you best and it can become an intergrated part of your day and not a boring duty.
The Workout:
You will be following workout videos 5 days a week aimed to make your body stronger by focusing on general core strength , back, legs and butt. The intention with these exercises is to make you realize that with a "small" effort you can gain a deep general strength that can support your body in a healthy way in everything you do during your week.
These are not exercises you have to keep doing once the challenge is over, but a kickstart to a stronger body, to more confidence and hopefully a help finding/or rediscovering a workout form that makes you feel great!
The Daily Hacks:
I will give you small suggestions for daily hacks you can do to ease stress, feel less overloaded and to get more energized.
Food Suggestions:
You will receive recepies and suggestions to changes you can make in your diet to achieve more energy and wellbeing. These suggestions can be used for almost all diets, vegetariens, vegans, etc.
You will receive an email with your workout videos each Sunday for 4 weeks, starting from the first Sunday after your purchase. Make sure to check your spam folder if you haven´t recieved your email by 20.00 GMT +1.
